Hello everyone. During this time of social distancing I am offering some online Yoga classes to help us unwind, keep our practice going, and gather together virtually.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME . . .
I AM AN ALIGNMENT BASED VINYASA YOGA INSTRUCTOR WITH EXTENSIVE TRAINING IN YOGA THERAPY. I LOVE TO BLEND THERAPEUTIC TECHNIQUES INTO THE GRACEFUL MOVEMENT OF FLOW YOGA. I FEEL LUCKY THAT MY PATH WITH YOGA HAS LED ME TO STUDY WITH THE INSPIRING TEACHERS AT THE WHITE LOTUS FOUNDATION AND IN LOYOLA MARYMOUNT’S YOGA THERAPY RX PROGRAM. I HOPE TO BRING SOME OF THE INSPIRATION MY TEACHERS GAVE TO ME INTO MY CLASSES.
