The Holidays are over, and the in-box is full. All of the tasks that we put off "until next year" now are meeting us face to face, and we have our new years goals and resolutions to work on as well. The new year, though a time of new beginnings and fresh energies, can also be a very stressful time. Luckily, stress is my specialty!! I love using the Yoga practice as a tool to help reduce stress, and prevent any stress related ailments that could come our way. When you feel that stress coming on, take a pause, take a breath, and let the stress begin to soften. If you are like me and the new year brings new stress, use your time in class as your special time to let the stress go. Namaste ~Trevor
