Holiday Restorative Workshop

I am very excited to announce that I will be assisting my dear teacher Cheri Clampett at an amazing 3 hour Restorative Yoga workshop at Yoga House in Pasadena. Restorative Yoga is the perfect way to unwind and de-stress for the holidays and the end of the year. Cheri is an amazing person, a healer, and a great teacher, and I am so excited to get to assist her. I highly recommend this workshop.
