Vinyasa — Flow Style Yoga
There are as many forms and styles of yoga as there are people practicing these days. It is important to find a style and teacher that fit with your needs and goals. Trevor teaches flow style yoga, often called vinyasa yoga. Poses are linked with breath. Sun Salutations are used to warm the body and then longer held poses are integrated to deepen the strength and flexibility benefits of a pose.
Personalized Instruction
Trevor enjoys to read his students and offer adjustments that will help them gain benefits for their body. Every body is unique and every pose will affect each of us in different ways. As one of Trevor's influential teachers Ganga White wrote in his book Yoga Beyond Belief "The asanas are tools not goals." Trevor follows this philosophy and uses the poses as tools to help his students grow stronger, more balanced, and more flexible.
